Repairs are carried out on-site at a mutually suitable time and location by our National network of qualified tradesmen, effectively bringing the repair shop to you. You can rest assured knowing that most minor damage will typically only cost $50.00*.

Surface Scratches
Scratches that haven’t cut through the clear coat covering up to two panels. No painting required
Deep panel scratches and minor indentations
Up to 300mm in diameter and 5mm in depth on any single vertical panel
Bumper Bars and Body Kit
Up to 500mm in diameter and 5mm in depth on any plastic bumper bar or body kit component
Pressure Dent
Up to 300mm in diameter and 5mm in depth on any single panel

*Membership ownership remains exclusive to the original holder and cannot be transferred to another individual. However, the associated vehicle may be updated, allowing the membership to be applied to a new vehicle. If the vehicle is updated, the membership status is not affected.

Main exclusions
- Damage that existed prior to becoming a member
- The repair of any damage that requires replacement parts.
- The replacement of decals and body wraps
- Any damage that has caused structural damage.
- Damage to roof boot lid and bonnet
- Damage to any textured moulded plastic component
- Dents caused from hail stones.
- Repair requests outside the service area

- Repairs need to be requested within 30 days from the damage occurring
- Once a member you can request up to a maximum of 2 repairs in any one month
- Each repair that falls within the repairs guide will cost $50.00*
Repair work cannot be conducted in underground carparks and public roads. - Members need to provide a suitable work area which is typically a private driveway or carpark with access to power
